But Mike is head and shoulders above anyone I have ever worked with because I have reached and exceeded all of my goals in size, strength and bodyfat measurements. Mike gave me a complete assessment before we ever started the first worokout. In his very positive approach to everything that he does, we structured a strength training program and nutrition program that gives not only the best results for my goals but also one that is fun and one that I could maintain and let become habits that will last for a very long period of time. I travel quite a bit and Mike was able to create a program to help me maintain my program while I was away, and to my surprise, he would call me to see how I was doing. When we are together, he is very present on my workouts, not like other trainers that I have seen that will get you started on a repetition and look around the gym, not pay the attention to you that they should and even strike up conversations with other people! Before I started with Mike, I had a shoulder injury and amazingly, Mike was able to create exercises that still let me use that shoulder, but, at the same time, let the injured part of the shoulder heal.
